Steve J. Sielatycki, Esq., Associate Broker

Mr. Sielatycki received both his finance and law degrees from the University of Michigan. He began his law practice at the national law firm Winston & Strawn, representing many Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and McDonald’s, before starting his own law firm.  Mr. Sielatycki provides legal counsel to corporate clients and other private business interests, with focused expertise in real estate and economic development, including tax credit acquisition, financing, environmental protection, and syndication.  This real estate expertise allows Omni to provide brokerage services for the most sophisticated commercial transactions as well as to solve problems for even the most routine residential sales.

Natasha Hanichen, Sales Associate

Ms. Hanichen’s interest in real estate began at a young age, with an eye for remodeling, she purchased her first fixer upper home in Vicksburg at the age of 19. Meanwhile she had begun her career as an insurance agent, licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance. During that time, she developed exceptional skills in sales, customer service, risk management and understanding the personal needs and goals of her clients. After 20 years in the insurance business, Natasha decided to follow her passion and pursue a career in real estate and property management.
